STANDARD COMMUNITY HALL AGREEMENT TO LEASE
Rules and Regulations governing the use of the Standard Community Hall are as follows:

Individuals or clubs are required to sign this lease agreement when booking the Standard Community Hall.

A booking/cleaning/damage deposit must be paid in advance when the Hall is booked and the rent paid in full when the Hall key is picked up from the Booking Agent. 50% of said deposit will be withheld if the event is cancelled with less than 14 days notice.

Booking/cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded within one month when the Hall has been inspected, any damages and necessary cleaning are assessed and the key is returned.

The Lessee (renter) is responsible for any damage incurred as a result of the function held. The Lessor (Hall Board) has the right to withhold all or part of the deposit and also charge extra fees for any damage over and above that covered by the deposit. No nails or tacks allowed in the wall for decorating.

The Community Hall must be cleaned by the time agreed to in this agreement or the cleaning deposit is forfeited. (Excluding Kitchen Rentals – Cleaning done by end of rented hours.)

Cleaning regulations are as per the attached RENTERS CLEANING DUTIES.

The lessor has the right to withhold deposit until all the above cleaning regulations are preformed to the Booking Agent’s satisfaction.

NO HALL PROPERTY IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE HALL WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM THE HALL BOARD.

STANDARD COMMUNITY HALL IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY

Walkthrough is required for any rental at the Hall Board’s discretion.
The defibrillator located next to JANITOR’S room
The main switch inside the front door must be turned on for all the furnaces to work properly.
PLEASE DO NOT USE TAPE ON THE WALLS.
I/We hereby agree to lease the Standard Community Hall as per this agreement.
